We start with a structural review and the remaining life of the roof, because putting a twenty-five year array on a roof with eight years left is a decision you only make once. Ballasted racking avoids penetrations on most flat roofs; where attachment is required, we coordinate with your roofing warranty holder before anything is fastened.
